A FEW OF OUR MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I secure my booking?
Your booking is secure once you book a session time, pay your session fee and sign a client agreement. Payments accepted via credit card at the time of booking.
How many photos will I get?
Your mini session includes 20 photos (you choose your favourites).
When do I get my gallery & cards?
You will receive your gallery of photos within one week. If your package includes 10 printed Christmas cards, you must select your chosen single image for your Christmas card by November 7 in order to receive 10 printed cards by December 1.
When do I receive my photos?
You will get a preview of all your edited photos within one week. At this time, you will pick 20 of your favourite images.
How do I pay for my session?
Payments accepted via credit card at the time of booking.
How long is my session?
Mini sessions are 20 minutes in length with 10 minutes between each session. Your session will be happening on a day when other sessions are taking place, therefore it's very important that you arrive early for your session.
What happens if I'm late for my session?
Because we will be shooting on a schedule, you will lose session time if you are late. Booked sessions are non-refundable. Make sure you arrive a little early (10 minutes before) so you do not miss any valuable shooting time and captured moments!
What if I want more photos?
You can purchase your entire gallery for an additional special discounted rate of $79 if you want to keep your entire gallery of images.

What happens if the weather does not cooperate?
Since your session is indoors, your session will not be impacted by any inclement weather.
